Week One: March 2 - 8


1️⃣ Schedule quarterly coffee or lunch check-ins


2️⃣ Send handwritten thank-you notes for referrals


3️⃣ Text a quick “thinking of you” message (no ask attached)


4️⃣ Celebrate their business milestones publicly


5️⃣ Acknowledge personal milestones (birthdays, promotions, etc.)


6️⃣ Drop by their office with coffee


7️⃣ Send a small, unexpected appreciation gift
